This site is dedicated to the memory of my beloved father, Mr. Agostino Lucia. This site will establish an endowment in his name to support a deserving undergraduate student for his or her work in the natural sciences and engineering at the Department of Wood & Paper Science at North Carolina State University (NCSU). This scholarship will give this student an awareness & appreciation of our world that will help stimulate a new, green global economy. This economy minimizes dependence on foreign oil and places emphasis on the search for cleaner, renewable, sustainable, and environmentally compatible alternatives.

I am hoping that as you go thru this site, you begin to understand my father's love for education & appreciate the work that we are doing at NCSU and will help support this worthy student.

We are educating the next group of students who will revolutionize the world by innovations in fuels, chemicals, products, and environmental awareness.
